A simple white sauce for pasta
Ingredients
- 3 Wheat flour
- 100 Milk Skim
- 50 Water
- 1 Olive Oil
- 1 Garlic paste
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Mix little water and wheat flour to paste
- Now add milk and water to the remaining.
- Cook the mixture till the flour taste goes away
- In a pan heat oil. Add garlic paste with salt and pepper and saute.
- Add this to the flour mixture and mix well. heat a little more

My friend, where did you get this one? You shouldn't use wheat flour to make a sauce for pasta..

As far as I know, there are no sauce with wheat-milk-garlic..
only if you promise to delete this stuff :D
